Centrally located in the heart of Paris, this 25m² studio is in a very old steep street. First french floor from outside but american first floor inside.

The entrance leads on the right to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilettes and in front of you the main room with a kitchen fully furnished : micro-waves, burners, washing-machine/dryer, fridge, and everything to cook. From the sofa you can watch TV with cable,dvd and HI FI, tourist guides. You can have meals either on table with two chairs or at the bar thanks to two other high chairs.
The enormous closet is actually a bed for two, with a part for hanging clothes.

Location: The Rue Beauregard is 5 minutes away from the trendy Montorgueil street, in the centre of the 2nd district. There you can find lots of bars and shops.
