Your 100sqm 1BR duplex apartment is located rue de Valette, between the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Pantheon, in the 5th arrondissement.
On the 3rd floor without elevator, facing the street but very quiet, it can welcome up to 3 guests.

On the first level, you will find the living room, the kitchen, and separated toilets.

The living room is furnished with a convertible sofa-bed (180*200) for 2 guests, a coffee table, 3 armchairs and a meridian and a chest of drawers. You'll also find a desk with a chair (the laptop might also be available) and a fireplace.
Also at your disposal, a flat screen TV set, a DVD player and high speed internet connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, 4 vitroceramic plates, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee-maker, a kettle and all the necessary dishes and kitchenware you could need. A large table where you can at least have 6 guests to diner (6 folding chairs and 4 stools are available).

Getting on the second floor, you'll find an open space with a balcony that can either be used as an office or as a sleeping area, the bedroom and the bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed (220*220), a nightstand, large built-in-wall closets to store all your clothes and belongings.
There are also 3 armchairs that can be moved depending on your needs.

You'll find an additional single bed (90*200) in the office, which can be turned into a double with another mattress.

Then you'll access the bathroom, fitted with a bathtub with shower handset, a washbasin, a heated towel rail, and a mirror. Toilets. A hair-dryer is also at your disposal.
