You arrive by the amazing terrace, and go down few steps to enter this large (120m² terrace included, 95m² below) 3 bedrooms apartments.
The corridor leads you first on your left to the 2 double bedrooms (each for 2 guests), and then 1 single bedroom, and the last one proposes 2 single beds.
Then on the right the fully equipped bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilets).

After this corridor, you arrive in the large living room equipped with a couch on the floor, a piano, a desk (Internet dsl connection provided).
The open kitchen is facing this living, fully equipped (burners, oven, fridge etc...everything like a classical apartment.

Location: Quai de La Rapée (12th arrondissement), you'll be near the Ministry of Finance. You can easily cross the bridge to the left bank and reach the Gare d'Austerlitz and the Botanical Garden (5th arrondissement).
You'll be within 5-10min walk to Gare de Lyon,where you'll find restaurants, bar and a lot of bus and métro lines. See the map!

Closest Metro: Gare de Lyon (10min walk, access to lines RER A/B you reach Paris center 1st district in 5min, and the line 1, direct to Champs Elysees via Bastille, the Marais, Chatelet, Louvre and Concorde). The Gare de Lyon offers a lot of bus lines.
