We loved everything about the apartment.
The location was very convenient and it had plenty of useful amenities.
Having the washing machine was really helpful and since we cooked during our stay, the dishwasher was a big help, too.
The apartment was very clean and the owner was very, very easy to work with. We will definitely stay at this flat or any others next time we come to Paris.
I also wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to friends.
Thanks for checking in with us,

We had a wonderful time in Paris and the apartment was perfect.
I love your online portals and appreciate all your personal help in coordinating things.
The apartment was spectacular and the owner friendly, courteous and unobtrusive. What a great 1st view for my kids of in my opinion the world’s most beautiful city. We hope to return soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio Rousseau, Friendly staff…nice and informative…overall a good deal; Café downstairs, on the corner, especially the Portuguese fellow who speaks Spanish.
We ate there for breakfast almost every day, and had many bottles of wine to start our evenings. I wish I could remember the name!
The boulangerie downstairs was wonderful, and the little lady was very sweet, always trying to help even though she did not speak very much english!
Location…close to several metro stops, and major tourist attractions…very quite and it was clean…overall, a truly "French" experience compared to hotels full of tourists.

Our stay was tres bon!! We really enjoyed ourselves. We loved the area – it was so convenient to everything.
There were so many things that were great about the apartment – even though it was rainy, we were never cold. (In fact, we are now considering steam heat at home). The beds were very comfortable – we slept quite well. It was also quite convenient to have a hair dryer already in the apartment. Having a washer/dryer was amazing – I never thought it would be something I would use, but it was, and very much appreciated.
Not only would we visit again, my husband and I loved the area so much, we really didn’t want to leave. If we decide to make an extended stay, we will definitely contact you for guidance or perhaps even placement in the same apartment.
Thanks again, Marie, for all your help. Communication between you and I has been very clear.
We will definitely be in touch when planning the next trip to Paris!!

We enjoyed our week in Paris very much.
The apartment was very conveniently located: across the street from the Louvre and the Metro stop, with the Seine and the Left Bank just beyond.
The high ceilings and windows added to the spacious feel and provided interesting views, but it was not noisy.
We thoroughly enjoyed the private lift (or spiraling staircase!) and other architectural touches that gave us a taste of classic Parisian elegance. The owner was very congenial and the security of the apartment was excellent.
Thanks for your assistance with the rental. Everything went as expected.

Thank you for your email. We did enjoy our stay in Paris.
The apartment was ideal for our needs. It included every amenity necessary to live as local persons instead of as a tourist (such as in a hotel).
It was the perfect location; very convenient for daily shopping and walking to most of the sites in the center of the city.
I would recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to explore Paris in the manner that we were able to. Thank you

The stay in Paris was really nice (the weather could have been better...).
I am very satisfied with the apartment on rue Réaumur, which is a great location! It is perfect place to stay when it is near the Metro and you can easily walk to lot of nice places; Montergeuil, Centre Pompidou, le Marais etc.
I am sure I soon will be back in Paris! Thank you! Sincerely

Everything worked out exactly as expected. The apartment was exactly as advertised and our contact met us on time and was pleasant.
Guests can take the RER to reach the Greneta apartment and save on Taxi ride the station was nearby.
It might be a minor hassle with a lot of luggage but we always pack light.
Also for next years guests, the subway and RER is free on New Years Eve and Day.
We were able to find plenty of Bakeries and Brasseries in the neighborhood. I'm sure future visitors will as well.
Thanks for all your help, I will recommend your service to friends.

We had a wonderful time in Paris. What we loved was being close to Rue Montorgueil.
Every morning it was so enjoyable walking down that street to purchase fruit, cheese, wine, cidre, bread, whatever we needed.
The apartment was very cozy and quiet, it had everything a man or woman could want.
The metro was very conveniant to the apartment. Also the restauraunts were very good and affordable near the apartment

Thank you for following up regarding the apartment!
It suited us very nicely during the time we were there. The neighborhood is very central to everything (we walked to so many things).
It was very good to have shopping and the metro so nearby! One of the big selling points of the apartment is the approximation to Rue Montorgueil--all the food sellers and restaurants. Truly one of the best in the city
Charles was an excellent help to us, so thank you for arranging the pickup with him. We also hired him to return us to the airport.
Thank you for all your help! We had a wonderful time in Paris, and enjoyed the apartment!
Merci!

Our holidays in Paris was fabulous and most of it because of the wonderful apartment we were in.
Really thank you; it was even more than we expected.
The apartment was warm, charming furnished, there was plenty of room for the children, we really felt like being at home.
The location too was perfect: I love Marais, it's a village in a city, full of atmosphere, with nice shops and nice people, and so quiet, it's in the heart of Paris but not so touristic.
I would recommend the apartment and your company to everyone, thank you for your assistance and special thanks to Frederic who has been so nice.
You will hear from us soon; we all love Paris and we can't stand being too much time far from it!

I am well, thank you, except that I miss Paris a lot! The apartment was wonderful, absolutely wonderful.
I also love the area. Cedric was extremely helpful in getting us organized for our stay and remained at our disposal throughout the trip.
Otherwise we found many cute cafes and shops in the area, and became friendly with the people who worked in the bar/cafe downstairs. I was also able to take advantage of the Velib bikes as there were a few stations conveniently located close to the apartment.
If I think of additional comments and/or suggestions, I will let you know. I will definitely recommend your company and services to friends and family who will be traveling to Paris in the future. The transactions were very smooth, the service was wonderful, and the apartment was exactly as described and surpassed our expectations.

We absolutely love the apartment and had a fabulous time.
The area is fantastic and it was so easy to get to everything (especially liked the #3 metro – although limited as to where we could go was great for the Opera, etc). Otherwise we all enjoyed the experience including the 94 stairs (which I felt help justify all the good food I was eating). I would love to stay there again when I return to Paris, which I hope will be soon.
Many thanks for helping to make our stay in Paris so memorable. Warm regards,

Bonjour!
Yes, we very much liked our stay at Rue Turbigo.
The apartment itself is very spacious and has features that were very much appreciated, like a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine! The room layouts were nice and the apartment felt very safe. The double door windows on the street side make it nice and quiet at night for sleeping and the location, just steps from Temple Metro and 100 feet from Republic was wonderful for getting around. It was great to have an elevator and the apartment had beautiful light and many windows!! Having a grocery store, a post office, many banking machines, an internet cafe, a McDonald's (we have a young teen daughter!), a druggist/apothocary and many many more stores was absolutely wonderful to make our stay authentic.
For others benefit who drive to Paris, there is a parking garage over on Rue Temple, just 1 1/2 blocks away to park in.
It may help for others to know how close parking is for those who need to drive in.
We liked how well your agency works with customers. You have a very upfront billing policy and it was great that the damage deposit is done via credit card instead of needing someone to be there at check out to give cash back, like at other agencies!! I would definitely recommend the apartment and your agency to others planning a stay in Paris!!
very best regards,
Jennifer and Vince

The apartment was charming and the neighborhood quintessentially Parisian (at least from the American perspective.) The nearby Rue de Bretagne had every imaginable type of shop with engaging shopkeepers happy to indulge a tourist's French. We spent a pleasant evening wandering from the fromagerie, boulangerie, boucherie, and patisserie until we had collected enough for a simple dinner, stopping for samples of wine and a bottle to bring back.
The owner of the apartment was so helpful and made our stay delightfully memorable in every way.

I just wanted to write to say that we had the most wonderful time in Paris, and that are apartment at Rue Charlot was amazing. The owner, was a tremendous help. He checked up on us midway through our stay, looked up train schedules for us when we traveled to Normandie, and even scheduled our cab to the airport on our departure day. The apartment had books and maps on Paris, plenty of coffee and tea, and even a hair dryer for our use! I can not say enough about how fantastic the apartment, and especially Frank, was. It truly made the trip a wonderful experience.
Thank you again for your help in reserving the apartment, and always answering my questions so promptly and politely.

Bonjour,
We loved the apartment and would gladly come back.
I believe you could improve the presentation of the apartment, the panorama windows are fantastic!
There are two separate toilets on different floors which should be mentioned.
You could also say that the kitchen is on the first floor. I wonder though if the apartment is not very hot in the summer, and very cold in the winter?
I wonder if you have another price if you want to stay for a longer period, let's say one month (low season)?

We had a fantastic time in Paris, and we loved the apartment. It was as spacious as we hoped and so convienient! The agent was very helpful, telling us where to shop etc. The location was even better than we expected - you should tell people that it is so close to the Thursday/Sunday market which is great. Also it is so convenient for the metro and for several great bus routes which are not only a good way to get around, but a great way to see the city. And the apartment is so close to Place des Vosges.....Great apartment, great location! I will definitely recommend paris-be-a-part-of-it to everyone who is going! And thank you for all your help.

The apartment we stayed in was absolutely fabulous - exactly like the photos on the web site and within close distance to everything. Isabelle made sure she gave as much information as possible when we arrived without "bombarding" us - a nicely collaborated file of maps and hints for Paris was made availlable to us.
We have recommended this apartment and your website to all of our travelling friends.

The apartment and neighborhood were great. We loved all the shops and restaurants on our street and the diversity of people living around there.

Our stay was great!! The apartment was wonderful and I loved that it was close to everything you could need. The little shops for cheese, bread and the open air market were great! The metro was also very close so it made the days we didnt walk very easy. Also there were many things close by such as the Bastille and Notre Dame.
There really werent any negatives about the apartment. It was quiet at night even though we were above a bar being in the back half of the building sheilded us from the noise and there was always plenty to do in the evenings as well.
When I return to Paris I will definately try to stay here again! The owner was also very nice and friendly.

I cannot imagine a more interesting neighborhood than the Marais/St Paul area around rue Malher, where we stayed last week. As we were not first-time visitors to Paris, we wanted to spend time walking around Paris, and we ended up exploring the area right around our apartment more than any other.
Every morning it was a delight to shop in the many bakeries and fruit stands for breakfast. For other meals there were too many good restaurants to sample. We were most pleased with two in the Bastille direction: Bofinger and Chardenoux. But one of the closest restaurants to our apartment, right around the corner on rue des Rosiers, was also a delight, as was the Rosiers area itself.
The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We appreciated the phone and the internet. One could not ask for more in an apartment.
I would use your organisation again and would recommend it to friends. Communication before the trip was very helpful (especially Marie chiding us for wavering on the rue Malher apartment; we are glad we took her advice).
Thank you for making our 40th anniversary trip so good,

We arrived back in the United States yesterday from our trip to France, of which our stay in Paris was only the beginning. We were completely pleased with the apartment in the Marais. Its charming courtyard and convenient location to everything made it ideal for our family of four. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine. Despite its central location, it was very quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. We hope to return to Paris soon, and "Paris Be a Part of It" will be our first stop in planning our trip. It was exciting being in Paris for the World Cup final, even if France didn't win. We watched the game with a crowd of locals at a nearby cafe. Thank you for your assistance in making our trip a great success!

Michel and I really had a great time in Paris and we enjoyed the apartment very much.
It was really comfortable, the kitchen was excellent and well-equipped, and the location is, well, right in the center of everything.
I was a bit worried that the apartment would be noisy because of its situation right next to la cathédrale, but the courtyard and apartment were calm and peaceful.
It is an excellent apartment for people who want to walk in Paris. Everything the tourists want to see is nearby, as is the métro.
I am already homesick for France! I wish I were still there. But, alas, we start classes next week and I will be very busy until next summer. I hope to return to France next year, so will contact you about renting an apartment as soon as I have firm plans.
Thanks for your help and for your kindness. I enjoyed talking with you.

We had a marvellous time, and loved the apartment. It was such a good idea to have an apartment instead of a hotel room, and the location on Rambuteau was perfect -- convenient to the Metro as well as to many fine boulangeries, traiteurs, and the like. We would enthusiastically recommend the apartment to any other customers.
We will definitely keep you in mind for future trips and will recommend you to our friends. We would especially be interested in renting a house boat next time. (My husband's idea of the perfect life is to "step off the boat and get a cappucino.")

The apartment in Paris seemed to be exactly what it was, it was a charming Marais apartment. The folks we worked with were very friendly and accommodating.
It's always a little nervous making to arrange long distance for apartment rentals with a new agency.

Bonjour,
We had a great time at the Cloitre Notre Dame apartment. It was a lovely, interesting apartment, with beautiful artwork on the walls and very comfortable. Also it was ideally located, directly across from the cathedral.

We had a very enjoyable time in Paris and the apartment was perfect, I think better well than the photos on the website.
In fact the photos and description on the website do not do the apartment justice!
The apartment, décor, location etc was perfect and I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.
One final thing, the driver you arranged to pick us up at the airport was wonderful and very helpful and I would definitely recommend you continue to use him!
Thank you again and I hope we can use your service again in the near future.

We had a great time while in Paris Oct 16 - 24...the weather was fine for the most part, the people friendlier and the city cleaner than we had been lead to expect.
The apartment Quai de Bourbon was terrific. We told the owner we thoroughly enjoyed it and other than for a couple of very minor suggestions (which he said he would incorporate) it was perfect; both from a location standpoint and a comfort standpoint.
During our stay in Paris we spent 2 days on the Open Tour Green Bus--the four routes which really gave us a good overview of central Paris.
The first day we just travelled the entire 4 routes then on the second day got off and walked in Montmartre (visiting the Sacred Heart Church and the surrounding area), the Latin Quarter and the Eiffel Tower area. We walked to the Latin Quarter, home from the Eiffel Tour (after going up in the daylight, eating in the area and then going back to see the light display at 8 pm) and walked to the Louvre, spent 6 hours touring and then walked home...always feeling safe. I would say that the Greek Restaurants in the Latin Quarter were the biggest disappointment...proving once again that you get what you pay for!!
Anyway...I hope that is the kind of feedback you were looking for and if not, just ask me more specifically. We will keep in touch and spread your web site around our friends.

Have just got back to Scotland after a great weekend catching up with friends in the Marais.
Thank you for organising the apartment and the car to meet me at the airport.
We thought the apartment was suberb - rue du Roi de Sicile was the ideal location for us - back where we used to live so we were able to go to all our favourite restaurants and bars. We loved the modern decor of the apartment and thought it was well equipped for our needs. Merci for the follow-up. It is always good business to survey your customers for feedback to their experience. All-in-all, I enjoyed my stay in Mr. Figuroa's studio.

We loved the apartment! The locations could not have been better, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was convenient, shower was great...I could go on and on. I want to compliment the owners and yourself for the lovely place we Stayed. They had fully decorated and remodeled the apartment. It was charming. Tres Bien! It was on a noisy street but the double pane windows made it fairly quiet and we enjoyed the liveliness, especially during the World Cup games. It was easy access to the RER and many attractions within walking distance. Paris was magical; I want to come back! Merci,

I LOVED Paris! The apartment was great and I enjoyed the area. Below is some feedback regarding our trip.
It snowed while we were there, which was nice, cold, but nice. Thanks again for all your help, it was a wonderful trip.
-location was great, lots of Greek and Sud American restaurants, also great people watching from the balcony
- Apartment has great access to the Metro and a yummy bakery on the corner, also in walking distance to great shops and sightseeing hot spots
- Paris be a part of it services gave me plenty of information prior to our arrival and I knew exactly what to expect because of the assistance they provided in planning our trip
-For this apartment, one should buy a phone card because one is needed to make calls from the apartment, calls to the apartment are free
Car transport:
-the driver was very friendly and helpful, gave us many tips on where to go and what to see.
-he was on time picking us up from the airport and at our apartment for our depature.

The apartment was fabulous. It seems like it was recently renovated - all of the appliances were very new and the space was very clean with minimal furniture, making it easy to settle in with our luggage. We were a little worried about the sofa-bed, because they tend to not be very comfortable in America, but the sofa-bed in this apartment had a thick mattress that was incredibly comfortable.
The best part of the apartment was its location. We could walk to two Metro / RER stations in less than five minutes - Maubert - Mutualite (10) and St. Michel - Notre Dame (4, B, C). It was a ten minute walk across the Seine to the Chatelet (1, 4, 14, 7) and Hotel De Ville (1, 11) Metro stops. But we barely needed to use the Metro because we were able to easily walk to the Louvre, the Pompidou Center, Bastille, Palais du Luxembourg, and the Musee d'Orsay. Notre Dame was a daily sight. Also, there were two Franprix grocery stores and a boulangerie within two blocks so we were able to easily pick up bread, yogurt, orange juice, toiletries, etc., as we needed them throughout our stay.
Also, the owner was very attentive and accommodating. She was a pleasure to work with and seems very trust-worthy and eager to make sure her tenants needs are met.
The only things I'd want to advise the next customers about are the stairs and the size of the apartment.
This is your typical metropolitan studio apartment - don't go into this expecting a lot of space, especially when the sofa-bed is unfolded.
The apartment is the perfect size for two people who pack lightly, the apartment is on the fourth floor of the building and there's no elevator.
We're both in pretty good shape, so we didn't have a problem going up and down the stairs multiple times a day, but I could see them being difficult for some people,
All the best,

Bonjour,
We arrived home late last night and I opened the computer to e-mail you a note regarding our trip. I wanted you to thank the owner, for his lovely apartment. We enjoyed our stay in Paris. In fact, I think I fell in love with your city. We felt very comfortable in both the apartment and the apartment's location. And we found the best restaurant of the week just around the corner - Cafe Muzac. Thank you. I will definitely recommend your services to others and look forward to a return visit, hopefully in the near future.

The apartment worked out very well. I was very busy while I was in Paris so I didn't use the kitchen much at all, but it was nice to have.
You may let people know that the apartment is on the courtyard and quiet after 11 or so in the evening. Some people may be afraid of the noise of such a busy street, but that was not a problem at all. All the best,

We had a wonderful stay in Paris, and the apartment was very nice. The apartment owner, was very nice, and I appreciate that we didn't have a problem rescheduling our initial meeting when our first flight was cancelled.
The apartment was in a nice neighborhood. It was close to a supermarket and a laundry.
There were many shops nearby, and it was withing walking distance of the Opera house and Sacre Coeur.
We enjoyed the apartment and the neighborhood very much. I've been telling my friends that renting an apartment is much better than staying at a hotel, and I will recommend your agency to them.

Hello marie,
greetings from back in the states. i am glad you wrote to ask how things went in paris because i wanted to give you some feedback and say thank you! we had a wonderful time and the studio worked out wonderfully for us. the studio itself was really cute and very well equipt with everything we needed.
we cooked breakfasts mostly in our room and it was really nice for michael and joelle to have a few staple items on had to make that easier (olive oil, coffee, salt and pepper ect., just the basics). the views of the sacre coeur and moulin rouge were great, especially at night. the stairs up to the studio might pose a problem for out of shape people or for people with a lot of baggage, but for us it wasn't a problem.
just thought i would mention that. thanks again for being flexible and patient with me and our plans. we really enjoyed our stay and loved the area.

We had a wonderful time in our apartment on the Rue Alexandre Parodi. The apartment is not large, but it is ingeniously arranged and the three of us felt totally at home there. Kareem (the owner) is extremely gracious, his sense of design is evident in the tasteful way in which the apartment is decorated. The neighborhood is wonderful - we enjoyed walking along the canal, the local boulangerie and the proximity to the Louis Blanc metro, which made getting around to the tourist sights easy. We liked the fact that while close to all of the sights, we did not feel we were in a "tourist" area. We highly recommend the apartment for anyone who wants to spend a pleasant week in Paris.

I am just returning to my home in Round Rock, Texas from my adventure in Paris.
We had a lovely visit, enhanced by our stay in the apartment in the Bastille neighborhood.
The accommodations were well-appointed and up-to-date, with extra touches that made it warm and welcoming.
I especially liked the fresh flowers that greeted us as we walked in.
We had everything that we needed without having to make immediate purchases to use the facilities.
Living in an apartment in an exciting neighborhood gave us a chance to experience Paris in an exceptional way. We lived as Parisians do, walking to the nearby patisserie for breakfast, using the Metro and/or bus to see the area attractions, and eating delicious food at many of the sidewalk cafes along the way. The people were friendly, responding to our halting French with smiles and often their answer to our questions were spoken in English. It was a delightful way to get to know Paris, and I thank you for the opportunity.
My friends are impressed that we were able to rent an apartment, and I direct them to your site so that they can do the same. I hope to be able to return and use your service again. Please keep me informed of developments and other news from Paris! Au revoir! Sincerely,

We had a wonderful time in Paris. The houseboat was exactly what we had hoped for and more. Her situation was fantastic: 20 minutes' walk from Notre Dame and a short stroll to the RER or the Metro. There were great restaurants nearby (especially the seafood joints over the road from the Gare de Lyon) and the owner of the boat was hospitable and told us everything we needed to know. The boat was beautifully kept and comfortable. We were truly sad to leave. Our stay simply could not have been better. We had the perfect honeymoon and would recommend waking up to the Seine lapping that houseboat to anybody looking for a romantic and charmingly unique Parisian experience. Thank you for the chance to enjoy a week we will never forget.

I would just like to let you know that we enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much.
It is nicely furnished, has a bright and happy feeling and during our stay in Paris it was like a home away from home. We would stay there again if we should come back to Paris. It is very close to the Metro and there is also a bus-stop near by. An extra plus is the twice weekly market down the street which takes place on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

We all enjoyed our stay on Peniche 33; The houseboat was very comfortable for our group of four single women, and the location is wonderful. We enjoyed having our morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine on the terrace.
Corrinne was very gracious, I was also impressed Paris Be A Part of It service - very professional and well-organized. I own a vacation home in Carcassonne, and I manage the bookings myself, so I know that it requires good organization to run holiday bookings well.

Bonjour,
Milles remercies, we loved the barge, it was fantastic. I attach a story Iwrote about it for the Townsville Bulletin while I was there for your interest. The only thing I would warn people about it is the ceiling height. It was fine for us but it would probably drive a 6'3" person mad after a couple of days,

Thank you for your email – we got back less than 48 hours ago after a lovely stay in Paris and I was about to write to you about the lovely apartment we had.
It was very well-equipped and had everything we needed. To have an outside seating area was a bonus as well as having the washing machine and a clothes airer!
It was close to several metros which made the far reaches of Paris very accessible. The street was quiet and noise was at a minimum.
I would recommend this place to stay to anyone who wants to get to know the “real Paris” away from the touristy areas but close to supermarkets, cafes and parks.
It was our third trip to Paris and the best as far as accommodation went. the Flat manager was very nice and welcoming.
We would be happy to recommend this place to others.

We loved our stay on the houseboat. As you know, the week was very hot, and the houseboat was also, but we were able to cool off by sitting on the terrace under the awning.
There was always a breeze along the Seine. The location is convenient to the Metro and the neighborhood has bakeries and stores to buy necessities (like pain chocolat!). Georges and Anne were welcoming and kind.
The car service to and from the airport was very helpful. But beware of Paris traffic! A train might have been quicker (but not easier).

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Paris, the apartment was just lovely and such a perfect location.
The size of the apartment was something that we hadnt expected, so large and homely, it really felt like we were 'living' in Paris.
The view of the Eiffel Tower, although somewhat hidden by trees, was a really special event for us each night, and would be spectacular during winter once the trees
had lost their leaves.

Hi, Valerie your employee worked very hard to find us an apartment at very short notice after we had been let down by another company only 36 hours before we were due to arrive. Please pass on many thanks to her for all her help.
The apartment was very good.
Considering the owners had so little time to prepare for our arrival, they were amazing. The welcome was warm, they had left us food, area information and even a bottle of wine. All of this made us feel very happy.
The apartment itself is quirky and homely and we felt very comfortable there. The fact you can walk round the corner and get one of the best views of the Eiffel Tower is fantastic.
Again, many thanks to you and to the owners of the apartment for saving our holiday and being so helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again. Kind regards

Our stay in Paris was great. The apartment was wonderful. A beautiful apt. and the location is great, so close to the bus and metro. It was wonderful being near the Bois de Boulogne. Neuilly was perfect for us and the children.
The owners were wonderful as well.
We hope to return next summer.

We loved the studio apartment that we stayed in on Rue Androuet. The location was great and the views were spectacular. The energy of our surrounding community was vibrant, rich with culture, and accessibile to everything that we needed and wanted. It gave us a real experience of Parisian life. Julie, the woman who managed our studio, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Paris and look forward to returning in the future!

We were very comfortable in the rue Duhesme apartment in the Montmarte area.
The place was clean and spacious and the neighbourhood was great for easy access to all the sights.
We were very pleased with the process from start to finish and the owner helped us get in and out without a problem.

I found the flat at Rue Marcadet PERFECT for me - it was clean, modern, sufficiently furnished and comfortable.
The location was also very good - the metro was close by, the good diversity of restaurants within very easy reach - in all directions - was indeed welcome and very convenient, as was a supermarket. The neighbourhood was relatively quiet - there was delightful bird-chirping each morning, and even the sounds of the school children was nice.
The hilly nature of the neighbourhood was brilliant - for good excercise
The Owner was very cooperative, helpful and pleasant. It was very easy to work everything out with her.
I thank you - I enjoyed the stay immensely, and will not hesitate to seek your services next time I plan a visit. I am sending a friend a link to your site as well.

Hi,
The apartment was beautiful. The owners, neighbors and Theresa the caretaker were very gracious. The garden was amazing. It was so peaceful and relaxing that we didn't want to leave even to go out into the best city in the world.
The owners were very generous, they provided wine, fixings for breakfast, a computer, a supply of paper for the printer, plenty of laundry detergent, a drying rack, a large supply of coffee for the espresso machine. There was a large supply of music-- mostly classical (which we loved), lots of books though they were almost all in French. They made themselves easily available to answer any questions.
Rue Bachelet was very quiet at night though the carnival atmosphere of Montmartre was just a few, very steep, steps away. The metro and a bus line that goes directly to the Champs and the Eiffel tower were just steps away. Though the apartment has an elevator I wouldn't recommend the neighborhood for anyone who has trouble walking uphill or climbing stairs, though of the two closest Metro stops, Chateau Rouge has a escalator coming up and the Lamark stop has an elevator that goes up and down. Taxis were easy to find most of the time except for one day which may have been a holiday for the primary ethnic group in the area.
We didn't have a problem with it but anyone who is excessively concerned with modesty could have a problem with the master bath as the window is uncovered to the courtyard which is overlooked by several buildings. It's somewhat sheltered by plants but if someone really wanted to watch one shower they could. There are two showers so one could always use the other shower if they felt uncomfortable.
Minor problems: There weren't very many TV channels available and they were all in French but the only time I missed TV was when I wanted to relax with my feet up in between activities. We also had some problems with power conversion, my computer charged great but our electric toothbrushes and camera wouldn't charge and the toothbrush charger may have been permanently damaged. If the weather is warm the garden does required watering, we enjoyed it but some people might not. We will definitely stay there again.

My apartment on Rue Nicolet was great.
The building is modest and doesn’t do the apartment justice.
The apartment was very well kept and modern and the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly.
He called me as soon as I landed to check in and see how everything went and was great resource during my trip.
Montmartre is a wonderful area to stay in and I enjoyed exploring the area as well as walking into central Paris. Overall a fantastic experience!

I wish to advise you that I was more than content at the service provided by both your Agency and the Owner of the Apartment.
All information and assistance was given in a most professional way and the reception in Paris was appreciated.
Christian was flexible in being available at my own schedule rather than his.
I have traveled extensively in my life and have dined in many restaurants which in fact has become very tedious.
The ability to have full days to wander around Montmartre and Place Pigalle (very close at hand) and then to be able to come "Home" and have a "Home Cooked Meal" is a refreshing change.
Each evening we would sit and have dinner outside on his full and well tended flowered patio.
The location of the apartment was also ideal with a grocery and a bakery store being a few meters away.
The apartment itself had a "lived-in look" and made us feel comfortable.
Christian has an extensive library of books that he allowed us to browse plus a Home Entertainment Center.
As I had rented a car for our stay the added bonus was the Parking Spot in the basement of the building.
This saved me a lot of hassle in trying to find a place to park at night which in Paris seems to be impossible.
In other words my stay in Paris was a welcome change from my usual routine of Hotels and Taxis.
All in all a very pleasant stay in Paris. - I would most certainly do it again.

I just wanted to send an extra thank you to both you and the owner. I
had a wonderful time in Paris and you were both exceptionally accomodating on very short notice. Be sure to know that if I am in need of a vacation rental again, I will absolutely use your services again, and recommend it to friends.
